Nicholas “Nick” Quatraro is an associate attorney with Cromer Babb & Porter, LLC who has been with the firm since 2021 when he started as a Clerk.
His practice areas include but are not limited to workplace discrimination (race, gender, disability, age, etc.), workplace harassment, wrongful termination, workplace negligence, failure to pay wages, civil rights law, education law, including Title XI, and nonprofit formation, dissolution, and general advice and counseling.
Nick grew up in Palm Harbor, Florida, and graduated high school in Flowery Branch, Georgia. He is a first-generation college graduate and a second-generation American. He comes from a working-class family that gives him an appreciation and desire to help everyday people. He understands the struggles that workers face and advocates to create equity in the workplace and beyond. He strives to be honest and communicate effectively with his clients.
He graduated from Presbyterian College cum laude in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his time at PC, he was a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity and Student Government Association serving in an executive capacity in both organizations. Nick attended the University of South Carolina School of Law where he graduated in 2023. While in law school, Nick was a member of the Student Bar Association, the labor and employment law society, and spent time as a Guardian Ad Litem in Richland County.
He also served as an executive with the School of Law’s Pro Bono program, where he assisted with tax and probate preparation for those in need. He was also fortunate to work in the University of South Carolina School of Law’s Nonprofit Organizations Clinic. While working in the clinic, Nick represented Nonprofit organizations across the United States, helping draft bylaws, articles of incorporations, and general advice and counseling.
In the community, he is a member of the Columbia Capital Rotary Club.
Nick is an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and has a goal to see a game at all the Major League Baseball stadiums. He also enjoys NASCAR and connecting with his family in Italy through their love of soccer. If you see him around the office, you will know why he received the firm’s “champagne” superlative for his bubbly personality.
