In 1959, Lewis Cromer started practicing law. His 60+ year career and incredible accomplishments led him to be considered as a forefather of the modern practice of worker-side employment in South Carolina. He is widely known as a successful trial lawyer throughout the nation.
In 2017, Cromer formed a partnership with two of his associates: Jay Babb, and Paul Porter. Since their inception, the firm has earned a reputation for fearlessly defending workers’ rights all over the Carolinas. The firm opened an office in downtown Rock Hill in May 2023 and continues to grow.
